Today . . .

I choose JOY.

I will notice the ant on the blade of grass.

I will LOVE with my ears, my eyes, my hands, and my heart.

I will read, laugh, and dance with my children.

I will ignore the speck of dust on the floor.

I will accept the gift of sunshine between storm clouds.

I will live every moment like the GIFT it is.

I will enjoy every moment of this day.

I will be JOY in every moment of this day.

I choose JOY.

                           

So teach us to number our days, That we may present to you a heart of wisdom.
